The FARFETCH Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase or changed your mind? FARFETCH accepts returns on unworn, undamaged, and unused products with all the tags and original packaging intact within 14 days of delivery.

Once your items are packed neatly, log into your account and go to Orders & Returns. Find the order you’d like to send back, and click Return Item(s). From there, you can book a free returns collection, or drop it off at a boutique or courier drop-off point near you. Your order will be processed within 6 calendar days upon receipt and will be refunded to your original method of payment, excluding applicable delivery costs. If you did not create an account, you could still start a return through the Guest Order form on the website.
